Battistella’s heat-shrinkable capsules, made in PVC and PET-G, are completely customizable. They feature various opening mechanisms, heights, diameters, printing styles and finishes – including matte and satin (semi-gloss) colors – making them ideal for wine, liquor, beer, olive oil and vinegar bottles, to name a few. Our PVC and PET-G capsules will give your bottle and its contents an instantly recognizable character.

Materials

  • Body: PVC 75 micron +/- 5%
  • Top: Aluminum 50 micron
  • Special Case: top disk in 100 micron non shrinkable PVC

Colors

  • A wide range of standard colors available.
  • Glossy, semi-gloss (waxy), satin, matte, metallic
  • Custom colors can be made to match samples

Printing & Decorations

  • Ink (Rotogravure and Flexograph) with up to 4 colors besides the background color.
  • Hot stamp

  • Standard Diameters: from 29.8 to 37 mm
  • Standard Heights: from 42 to 77 mm
  • Non standard heights: from 32 mm to 80 mm

  • Each Pallet of cm 120×80 holds 20 boxes (4 boxes per layer)
  • For North America pallets of cm 120×100 hold 25 boxes (5 boxes each layer)
